every once in awhile my ankle gives me pains...last night & today have been yucky!! my ankle hurts, which makes me walk funky, which makes the arch of that foot hurt...i don't like it :( i have an ankle wrap i have been using, and i am icing it right now, and i am going to take 2 tylenol in just a sec...hope it stops hurting!!
