I have been enjoying my Spring Break to the max! It all started last Thursday -- we had school, but it was basically a wasted day with a huge assembly at the end of the day and not much getting accomplished before then...
my dad drove me to work in the morning & picked me up at the end of the day and we road tripped to Omaha! land that still had 5 foot snow banks in some spots (parking lots, sides of highways, etc)...it was gloomy while we were there, but we got to see our friends bev & rex and my cousin janet & her hubby john (good luck in the re-election, john!)...lots of eating out & just hanging out and relaxing...drove up to dana on saturday -- it was dead there!! did some shopping with bev...we drove home on monday...
tuesday was a jammie day & i sat around at home in my pj's and did nothing (ok, so i did do a little cleaning & i think i watched a movie or something)...wednesday was some shopping & church & a soup supper...
thursday was my long day -- dentist at 8:45! he did some sealing on one side of my mouth, and i don't have to go for another 6 months :)...i also took my car in for an oil change -- they also checked the car out & i needed an air filter, a wheel alignment & 2 new tires...yay me! when i picked up my car & started it, the check engine light came on!! so, i just walked back in & they came right out and checked under the hood -- one of the hoses from the air filter replacement had come loose...they reattached it & reset the engine's computer, and i was set (finally)...went to costco and a few other errands -- including buying more bubble bath (LUSH & Bath & Body Works) and TWO dresses at lane bryant -- one is yellow for Easter & one is black, but it looked darn good on!!
today has been a few errands...
i dropped off sunshine albums today at Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital -- 31 mini books & 5 altered journals!! i will be making more to take at this time next year :) i love this process & i hope others can join in with me!!
just then weekend then back to the grind of work...it will be interesting heading back!!

Sounds like your have had a good and busy break! Glad the snow was in Omaha and not here! Did you read where Dana is being bought by a group of investors? Evidently they want to return it to its former glory.
